The Supreme Court has stayed the extended construction of Tashkent hotel in Shimla, that falls in the prohibitory heritage Mall Road zone, following a petition by the Municipal Corporation of Shimla (MCS) alleging that the construction was being done in violation of the laid down guidelines.
