Southwest Virginia health-care access to be studied again (Bristol Herald Courier)
Health officials want to know if Southwest Virginians continue to have poor access to health care, as was revealed in a 2001 study. A a follow-up study has been commissioned to gauge access to care, particularly dental and vision services for adults 18-64.
Dental association honours Sudbury woman (The Sudbury Star)
For her outstanding service to the profession of dental hygiene, Sheryl Sasseville, a Sudbury resident and dental hygienist, received the Distinguished Service Award from the Ontario Dental Hygienists Association (ODHA).
