Legislation dealing with school bullies, principal selection, children s dental care and tax increment financing districts all are expected to become law when the General Assembly winds to a close in two weeks. And it s hoped that differences on the pension reform bill can be worked out before then, according to House Speaker Jody Richards, D-Bowling Green.
