The Southeastern Ohio Dental Clinic has changed dentists, two months after the Gilman Avenue facility reopened to the public on Oct. 2. Dr. Richard Spuller, a pediatric dentist from Findlay, has taken the reins at the clinic after Dr. Lawrence Gamby suddenly left the post on Nov. 7.
