SUPERIOR - Mayor Bruce Hagen declared Monday "Just Kids Dental Day" to kick off fund drive for youth dental care. Recent cutbacks in Medicaid funding and increasing demand for youth dental care inspired the launch of the 500 for $15 campaign.
